Her background includes successfully implementing operational programs, driving business process improvements, optimizing service delivery, and mastering database management.
Over the past 12 years, Mona has honed her skills in customer service, specializing in managing and addressing a wide range of customer needs. Outside the realm of engineering and customer service, Mona has a background in Marketing and Event Management, along with a passion for public relations.
