Joanna Downer is an entrepreneur with 25+ years in digital, startup, and venture ecosystems, having launched three startups and built an online HR Tech platform. Her career spans roles from founder and CEO to project manager for global brands like SONY and Barclays. Joanna’s recent venture was a 7-year HR Tech startup, where she raised venture capital twice. She now mentors Australian startups, supporting founders with vision, strategy, and growth through various local initiatives.
