Authentic communications are an essential ingredient for success in business! In this 4-hour live workshop, Purpose & Brand Consultant Justin Cooper will take you through a series of exercises to explore and define:
- The Purpose of your business/brand
- What you offer to your prospects & customers that is most valuable
- The problems you solve for your customers
- Who your ideal customer is
- The structure of an authentic & compelling ‘Brand Promise’ (also known as Value Proposition or brand positioning)
WORKSHOP OUTCOMES
- At the end of this interactive workshop, you should have a good understanding of:
- The ‘Why’ (Purpose) that drives you and your business
- The problems and challenges your customers face, and how to solve them
- Who your ideal customers are
- The outcomes you deliver to them
- What makes your brand different
- The structure of an Authentic Brand Promise (ABP) statement
- How to articulate your own ABP – a key communication to help you market and sell your products & services
WHO IS THIS FOR?
- This workshop is aimed at small businesses throughout NSW, and has a capacity to host up to 25 people.
- This workshop is for business owners who have just started a business.
- This workshop will take place at a venue in Sydney; details will provided to you by email closer to the event date.
- Attending this workshop will come out of your allocated business connect hours.
This workshop is provided through the Business Connect program. Business Connect is a dedicated and personalised NSW Government program that provides trusted advice to help you start, run, adapt or grow your small business.
