Sara is an energetic coach and presenter, she has been helping me to make the necessary business process changes we need to scale incrementally. Breaking big changes into manageable cost effective jobs. Her mantra is to start with the business strategy but then just get started  – execute and take little steps every day. Strategically we identified that building an SEO customer friendly lead generating website and then an automated customer relationship management program was a priority (we are all about the human experience and people so we wanted to make sure any changes to digital reflected that company ethos). We worked together to execute these tasks being mindful that options needed to suit us in both ‘the here and now’ but also could be optioned up in the longer term.
