There is a strong link between good HR practices, employee engagement, productivity and profitability. Many businesses mistakenly view HR & Recruitment as the same thing. HR is more than recruitment. Recruitment is just one element of the HR Lifecycle that, if developed, implemented and managed correctly, can positively influence your bottom line.

Join our webinar to understand the stages of the HR Lifecycle and the elements that are included in each. If you already have staff, join us to understand what you should have in place for compliance, as well as to be an employer that people want to work for. Even if you don’t currently have employees, by understanding this, you will be able to set up systems and processes to ready your business for growth.

Learning Outcomes:

  • An introduction into HR practices and processes
  • Strategies and tips you can use in your business
  • Understanding the stages of the HR lifecycle
