- Budgeting and financial plans – that allows you to better understand your key numbers and indicators of success for your business
By attending this workshop you’ll walk away with better insight into what you’re wanting to achieve with your business, and a clear game plan for achieving growth in your business this year.
After the workshop, participants who have not already utilised their fully government subsidised meeting with a Business Advisor, may arrange to meet with an advisor for up to two hours at no additional fee.
