Consent to Provision of Client Contact Details to the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources

The Australian Small Business Advisory Services Digital Solutions Program (th​e Program) is an Australian Government initiative funded and administered by the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources.

All customer data, including personal information, collected by the lead tenderer, Realise Business and its partners, will be provided to the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources and used to:

- assess the effectiveness of the services delivered by Realise Business and their partners: The Business Centre, The Rural Woman, The NSW Indigenous Chamber of commerce and Community Migrant Resource Centre.
- evaluate the effectiveness the Program.

Your personal information is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You may be approached by a representative of the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources to complete a survey about the services you provided. Additionally, the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources may share ABN information with third parties, including other Commonwealth entities and state and territory governments, to ensure the proper use of ASBAS funds.

Eligibility Criteria

The Digital Solutions program is an initiative by the Australian Government to help small business owners get the most from digitising their business.

It is open to all NSW & ACT businesses with an ABN. They must either work in their business or have less than 20 employees. 

We specialise in helping these businesses by offering them a personalised digital action plan, educational LIVE webinars and workshops and an online Training Portal. 

We can help you save time, save money, feel connected, and get support across the digital areas that are most important to you.
