Jo is an Executive Coach and Business Consultant with expertise across the business spectrum, with a specialisation in all areas of Human Resources Management and professional excellence.

Jo is passionate about educating and empowering business owners and leaders to build successful, sustainable businesses – using good business practices. Jo enjoys working with  business leaders to assist them in developing and implementing strong business practices generally, including practices to attract, recruit, manage and lead great people to allow their businesses to thrive.

Jo brings with her experience of working with large global corporates, as well as small to medium businesses to improve their business performance and culture. She works with businesses to translate the big business rigour and process into processes appropriate for small businesses – without onerous bureaucracy, but to enable them to ensure they are compliant and able to conduct business effectively. She achieves this by creating strategy and vision, alignment of structure, systems and processes and training and coaching to improve people performance, leadership and team culture.

For over 30 years, Jo has worked with many organisations from a broad range of industries, including: Professional Services, Not for Profit, Financial Services, Public Sector, FMCG, Manufacturing, Media, , Property, Technology as well as small and micro-business. Her expertise lies in general business, as well as Human Resources and Leadership along with personal and organisational effectiveness.


Jo is an Accredited Mental Health First Aider.
