The Australian Small Business Advisory Services Digital Solutions Program (the Program) is an Australian Government initiative funded and administered by the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources.

All customer data, including personal information, collected by the lead tenderer, Realise Business and its partners, will be provided to the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources and used to assess the effectiveness of the services delivered by Realise Business.

Your personal information is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You may be approached by a representative of the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources to complete a survey about the services you provided. Additionally, the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources may share ABN information with third parties, including other Commonwealth entities and state and territory governments, to ensure the proper use of ASBAS funds.
