Adam has a wealth of experience buying and selling businesses nationally and internationally and has a passion for advising. Begining his career in sales, marketing and multi-site management, he moved into small business as a Franchisee and Franchisor in Australia, New Zealand and China. During that time he built expertise in start up planning, franchising, commercial leasing, P&L Management and exit planning.

Amanda has owned and sold a variety of businesses over the last 20 years, and recognises from a business owner’s perspective, the value of tailored business advice and support. Amanda is incredibly passionate about working with entrepreneurs and business owners to help them achieve their goals and develop plans to take their business to the next level.

With over 12 years’ experience in banking and financial services as a cash flow lender, Amy has assessed and reviewed the viability of hundreds of companies, across many industries, both domestically and abroad.
Amy focuses on the key drivers of a business, using their financial reports to unravel underlying issues and potential risks to consider the best financing solutions for her many small business clients.

A certified turnaround professional who brings 25 years of public and private sector experience across tourism, advanced manufacturing, health, technology, financial services and sport. His experience includes establishing new businesses or restructuring existing businesses for long-term sustainable growth. Campbell’s relevant and accurate advice will guide you to start-up, restructure, or grow.

Chris has a wealth of business management experience in both the corporate and small business markets, and has run his own business and marketing consulting practice specialising in small business. Over the last 15 years Chris has helped small businesses in a wide range of industries including IT, Medical Services, Legal service, Tourism, Building and Construction, Allied Health Services, Retail, Fashion and Entertainment.

Chris is a results-driven leader with a wealth of knowledge derived from his more than two decades in the NGO, corporate and government sectors. As a current business owner, from his prior work as a growth-minded CEO and a background working with disability organisations, Chris is deeply passionate about the NDIS, small business community and the central role they play in the fabric of our society.

With over 30 years of business experience across Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand Chris has held numerous senior commercial leadership roles including Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Operations. Chris can help you with strategies to grow your business, improve profitability, realise the value you want to achieve as a business owner and support you in reaching your goals.

Geoff is a businessman and coach who provides business advice based on many years of experience working with new, developing and established businesses. He interacts diligently with business owners selling products and/or services, to achieve their aspirations and goals. His pragmatic approach has helped hundreds of businesses to flourish and perform successfully. Geoff is also a faciliator of a Realise Business Mastermind group.

James is a passionate business advisor who draws on many years of experience to provide high quality training, advisory and coaching services to numerous professional services firms and organisations. James’ determination to succeed is infectious and he happily shares the secrets to turning innovative ideas into profitable and sustainable businesses with all.


Jo has an extensive background in business, having worked in both senior executive roles and as a coach and consultant across a wide variety of industry sectors. Jo’s experience has allowed her to work at all levels within organisations, across all settings, from the factory floor to the executive office in both large, global corporates as well as small to medium enterprises.

Kathy Hamill has a 20+ year track record in digital marketing, media and content marketing, and is passionate about helping small business owners to grow their business and brand. Kathy brings a strategic approach and actionable solutions and tools to her advisory role with Realise Business.

Liza is a marketing specialist and has spent her career working for some of Australia’s most loved brands – 3M, George Weston Foods, Pacific Brands and Sheridan Australia, Hunter Douglas, Luxaflex and ActronAir. With a unique blend of technical acumen and a solid business foundation, Liza brings together these elements to offer creative solutions for her clients.  

Megan is a highly strategic, commercially savvy, and results-focused marketer with over 20 years of marketing management and business consultancy. With a proven track record for driving growth in businesses across B2C and B2B. Her rich knowledge covers a diverse range of industries. As a communication specialist and storyteller, Megan takes audiences on a strategic journey to bring brands to life and aligns teams.

Naomi has extensive experience working in the disability sector, from owning and operating her own small business in the NDIS space, to supporting organisations navigate national disability reform both in Australia and the UK. With a strong track record in improving business performance, financial cost modelling, service design and delivery, and workforce development, Naomi is passionate about working with small business owners.

Patch is a Coach and Consultant, passionate about educating and empowering business owners and leaders to build successful businesses as she believes that great businesses have a positive impact on our communities and society. As a coach, Patch spends all of her time helping business owners learn how to run their businesses, build healthy teams, drive growth, and most importantly – live a balanced life.

With 25 years experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing and Sales, Russell has worked across just about every industry there is. His first professional promotional work began in 1995 which gave him experience in direct mail marketing, creative design and he was on the forefront of the growth of the internet working in a number of agencies before starting his own in 2005.

Sara was fortunate to have entered the world of marketing and communications at a time where consumer behaviour was being more scrutinized than ever before. Successfully navigating her way up the corporate ladder in London, Sara oversaw a range of key accounts and was constantly required to challenge her own thinking to keep pace with the rapidly changing technological advancements society was becoming increasingly exposed to.

Sue is an experienced marketer with over 20 years of experience across marketing strategy and execution, agency leadership and business development.
She started out working with marketing agencies in the UK, delivering strong consumer and business campaigns across multiple channels before she made the move to Sydney.
Sue enjoys working on tailored solutions for individual businesses and making a difference to long term goals.

Syane brings more than 16 years’ experience in retail management and business administration. In the last few years, Syane has focussed on building her expertise in marketing strategy, graphic design and social media management; utilising these as powerful sales and business expansion tools. Syane is a versatile professional with well-developed planning, organisational, multi-tasking and leadership skills.


Our F&B expert Tim Noye has worked his way from the ground up and has over 23 years diverse industry knowledge.
He can help you with general costings and budgeting, improving efficiencies, menu design and execution, creating company and team KPI’s, staff retention, driving new business, OH&S, industry expectation and general compliance. Tim is a down to earth advisor committed to helping your hospitality business in any way he can.

For over 6 years, she has made an impact in the industry by being the voice of truth for businesses and startups. During her career Sally has been both a business owner and senior manager in the property advisory/valuation industry as well as held operational roles in the tertiary education sector.

Palisha is a marketing specialist who brings strong insight, an analytical mind, and a genuine passion for digital marketing to the Realise Business team. When she’s not keeping the website and our digital communications running smoothly, she enjoys engaging with members at networking events and workshops.


Courtney is a welcome addition to the Realise team bringing with her a strong administration skillset and a passion for all things marketing and events. Her strength in building relationships with clients and stakeholders and her dedication to customer service makes Courtney the perfect person to coordinate events for Realise Business.


Donna is a client services professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of people in a calm, polite and effective manner. Fostering teamwork, operational excellence, and quality of service at all times, she prides herself on her clear communication style when working with our Business Advisors and our Clients. 


Lauren is an operations and administration professional with over 15 years’ experience in coordinating service providers and team members to ensure smooth and efficient client engagements at all times. When she’s not taking care of our clients, Lauren supports the team with her strong administrational skillset. 


Peter is an experienced business leader, executive coach and business excellence consultant. He has global experiences on non-profit and charity boards as a strategic expert. He has assisted several associations develop strategies for affiliation, partnership and co-operation.
Peter led an international non-profit for 12 years visioning and building the strategies for governance, growth and sustainability, and created the essential connections and opportunities for collaboration and affiliation.
Peter has numerous recent experiences with commercial growth tactics and has chaired an association committee for non-profits focussed on international expansion.
Peter understands the changing needs of charities and non-profits in the local market and has the experience to partner with executives to identify the right strategies for sustainability. Adrian has held the Finance Role on the Realise Business Board since 2014, and is a partner of ‘CFO On-Call’ which provides business and financial management advice to business owners.
Adrian was formerly Chief Operating Officer of The Griffin Group, Partner in the Corporate Finance Division of Deloitte, and has a broad range of corporate advisory, investigation and accounting experience spanning 50 years.
Adrian has a passion for working with SME business owners to help drive profit and growth by focussing on key drivers of their business and preparing action plans to achieve their goals.

A digital marketing and analytics expert with over 17 years’ experience, Des brings a wealth of relevant industry experience and top-level strategic knowledge to the Board. Having worked as both a Director and GM, he has an intimate understanding of the hardships faced by small business owners on a daily basis.

With a career spanning over 27 years in the SME sector within Owner, Manager, Director and Advisor roles, Lindsay has an intimate knowledge and appreciation what makes this vital sector tick.
His believes that in order to thrive in the current economy, business owners need to develop not just their skills and products, but also their capability to connect into productive business networks that offer learning, collaboration and commercial opportunities. This is where I see the role of Realise Business – a vital connection point for our members.
Most recently Lindsay has served as the CEO and member of the Board for the Anytime Group, the master franchisee for this fast growth SME supporting over 400 small business franchisees nationally. He joined Realise in 2015 as Strategy advisor to growth businesses. He holds an MBA business degree as well as business coaching qualifications, and is an active member of both the Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Management.
