Challenging times for business owners

The majority of small businesses do not have an advisory board or forum to guide their owners on matters like strategic and annual plans, budgets, investments, marketing priorities, recruiting for the best talent, pricing and profitability, sales projections, work processes and the myriads of other business topics that can make the business stronger, more resilient and successful. Business owners also often lack trusted, deeply experienced colleagues to use as sounding boards against which they can bounce their ideas or discuss their successes, lessons learned, challenges and opportunities, and receive objective and reasoned advice.

Enter Business Mastermind

By becoming a member of a Business Mastermind group you will join a cohort of up to 9 other like-minded business owners who, with you, will form an advisory board for all the businesses represented. We shall match you with business owners from compatible businesses, similar personalities, and potential to foster beneficial relationships. Your group will meet physically on a monthly basis for a 3 to 4 hour session under the guidance of an experienced Realise Business coach who will facilitate meetings and be available to guide and support members, not only at meetings, but in between as well.

Business Mastermind meetings

Each meeting will follow an agenda, some items of which will be standing topics and others will be meeting-specific. You will have the opportunity to present business issues, discuss business challenges, setbacks and opportunities pertinent to your business, receive advice, feedback and initiatives from your colleagues, and build relationships that could be instrumental in providing long term friendships and developing trusted contacts.

Our Business Mastermind groups provide outstanding value for money. We will expect you to commit to a year’s membership starting in February, and 10 subsequent meetings, planned on a recurring day and time every month and published well in advance. (We do not meet in January.) In return, you will:
