For the past 20 years Charmion Ingram has built a strong background in Strategic Business Consulting, Culture and Organisational Change.
Her roles have included Manager, Business Consulting and Planning at AMP where she was instrumental in building the “coach to coach” training program for the Business Partnership Managers that supported the wider AMP Financial Advisor network of 800 businesses.
She has also been part of a team that has built and led the Business Blueprint Consultative program that analysed businesses based on industry benchmarks. This program focused on combining both the commercial and cultural drivers of a business to support businesses implement change towards profit and sustainability and deliver on their intended vision with the right people in place.
She has facilitated over 1000 workshops in the last 10-years using business planning & HBDI methodologies to enable change.
She has a strong business Entrepreneurial background, where she has operated her own business for 10 years in the cake and biscuit industry and recently started her own Consultancy business called Blink.
