How to provide general feedback

Otherwise, our client service team will raise your matter with the appropriate manager who will contact you to address your complaint directly.

In the first instance share your compliment, complaint or feedback with your Entrepreneurship Facilitator on 0468 557 420 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. They will work with you to get any issue quickly resolved.
If you are not able to resolve an issue with your Entrepreneurship Facilitator, you can also submit feedback or lodge a complaint to the client service team at email@example.com. They will raise your matter with the appropriate manager who will contact you to address your complaint directly.
