Epic Dry Cleaning & Laundry are working towards updating and refreshing their product and service offering to become a one-stop-shop for all laundry needs.

In addition, a same-day service is being launched this week with the “weekly wardrobe all-in-one deal” – five men’s shirts, one pair of pants and one load of laundry for $40 – with a special introductory price of just $35 until the end of March. The new service is to give time-poor working professionals a quick, convenient and affordable way to do their weekly washing.
“Sara and I have been working on researching who the ideal customer is for Epic, and how we can best service their needs. Our business intelligence informed us that although we are dry cleaning their office clothes, many customers are still spending half their free time on the weekend washing the rest of their laundry at home, despite being time poor.
“Sara focused my attention on this and proposed that we offer a well-targeted service – and now, Epic Dry Cleaning is working to offer our clients a laundry service that gives you back your weekend!
“We plan on launching a similar service for women’s wardrobe next month, and Sara and I are discussing other services to roll out after that.”
Epic Dry Cleaning & Laundry have free parking right behind their shop so customers can quickly and easily drop their shirts, pants and laundry into the Valet Wardrobe. If dropped off before 11am, the clothes can normally be picked up the same afternoon/evening, completed with a text message to notify customers that their clothes are ready for pick up.
