Some of Parramatta’s key restaurant owners and operators recently attended the inaugural meeting of ‘The Restauranteurs’ Collaborative’ on 4 June 2019 at Bay Visa Dessert Bar and Café.

The new initiative, designed to lift the profile of Parramatta as one of Sydney’s key dining destinations, was attended by twenty-seven owners and operators, The Hon. Alan Cadman OAM representing the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce and Realise Business Advisors.

Realise Business Advisors shared their knowledge with local business owners and the group expressed their enthusiasm for future co-operative marketing and branding opportunities.

Other topics that were discussed on the day included Food, Food Culture, Flavour, Ingredient Trend Updates, Highlighting Western Sydney Food and Beverage Producers and New Technology/Smart Phone Apps in Hospitality Service or Marketing.

Information about updated light rail construction, timing, noise alleviation methods, future activations and marketing strategies was requested by members of the Collaborative.

Our thanks go to George Katsabaris and Peter Mougios of Bay Vista Dessert Bar and Café for their hosting and delicious catering of the session, and to Katrina James of Western Sydney Business Photography for the photographic record of the event. These businesses generously provided their services at no cost.

The next event will be held during September. If you are interested in attending please email us at marketing@realisebusiness.com.au
