Parramatta’s Independent Locksmiths & Security is focused on developing strategies to ensure that the building companies and developers working in the CBD ‘think local’ when looking for their locksmith and security needs.
This long-established family owned business employs 60 staff at their offices on Church Street and has been working on new sales and marketing strategies to take advantage of the boom in construction projects that are underway throughout Parramatta CBD with the help of Realise Business Advisor, Sara Berry.
When speaking about their plans, Marketing Manager Adrienne McGovern has identified the need “to leverage from the development and growth opportunities in Parramatta”, with a focus on commercial and government procurement.
Sara has been working with the business to help link them to specialist procurement advisors to assist in their understanding of the way that all levels of government make purchasing decisions.
The company is also celebrating its recent win at the 24th Annual Australian Security Industry Awards for Excellence, where it took home the prize for the best Integrated Security Solution under $500K.
When speaking about their experience working with Realise Business, Adrienne said “I enjoy having an opportunity to collaborate with another marketer and bounce my ideas and talk through my marketing strategies. Sara is currently helping me with a press release and PR campaign following our industry award win.”
By taking active steps in becoming constructon-ready, they are well positioned to capitalise on the increasing opportunites from Parramatta’s rapid growth.
